By accessing or using Kumori Cloud services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the service.
Kumori Cloud provides infrastructure services including but not limited to compute resources, storage solutions, network connectivity, and security services. All services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis unless otherwise specified in a separate agreement.
To access certain features of our services, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials.
You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our infrastructure. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to: distributing malware, conducting unauthorized network scans, sending spam, and engaging in cryptocurrency mining without explicit authorization.
You retain all rights to your data. Kumori Cloud does not claim ownership over any content you upload, store, or process through our services. You are solely responsible for the accuracy, quality, integrity, and legality of your data.
Service level commitments are specified in separate SLA documents. Downtime credits, if applicable, will be calculated based on the terms outlined in the applicable SLA. Scheduled maintenance windows are excluded from uptime calculations.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Kumori Cloud shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of our services.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tokyo, Japan.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes via email or through the customer portal. Your continued use of the services following such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
